Terms of service

Creator Brief Check (https://creatorbriefcheck.com) is operated by Wikivec Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we”). By connecting Creator Brief Check to an AI assistant or using this website you agree to these terms.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old; the service is for businesses and adult creators and isn't directed to anyone younger. You are responsible for activity on your account, including the drafts you submit.

What the service does

Creator Brief Check checks video drafts you link to or upload against requirements you give it (rules taken from a campaign brief), in Claude or on this website, and reports for each rule whether the draft meets it, with the moment and the words or picture it is based on. A third-party AI model (Google Gemini) watches the draft and reads briefs. Results can be wrong or incomplete: check the moments a report points to before you rely on it, approve or reject content, or pay anyone. A disclosure result is an operational check of what the video says and shows, not legal advice. You decide what your campaigns require.

Acceptable use

• Only submit drafts and briefs you have the right to share with us: your own, or ones a brand or creator gave you for review.
• Don't submit links to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or X; the service doesn't fetch them. Upload your own file instead.
• Report links can be opened by anyone who has them. Share them only with people who should see the draft's results.
• Don't use the service to identify, track or profile real people, or to harass anyone.
• Don't try to get around usage limits, for example with many accounts, or disrupt the service.
• Don't use the service in breach of any law or of the terms of the site that hosts the video.

Plans and payment

The free plan includes 3 checks a month. Pro includes 200 minutes of drafts a month. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free week that includes 30 minutes; you add a card at the start and are charged when the week ends unless you cancel before. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

Availability

The service depends on third parties (the AI assistant you use, Google and our hosting providers) and may be interrupted or changed. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
