How it works
An influencer or UGC brief becomes a list of rules. Each draft is watched by Google's Gemini (the first 5 seconds at 4 frames a second, the rest at 1 frame a second, with its sound) and every rule gets met, not met or needs review, with the evidence. Code decides the length, the caption tags and the verdict: any required rule not met makes the draft off brief.
Rule kinds
Say the code BLACK26. Mention it's dishwasher safe.
Heard in the speech; the quote and about when it starts. Small variations count; "mention" rules accept the idea in other words.
Show the bottle's label. Show yourself applying 2–3 drops.
Seen in the frames; the first second it's clearly visible, and a frame from the draft.
Text on screen: "15% off with GLOW15".
Read from the picture (overlays, captions burned in, signs and packaging); the text as read.
Show the product in the first 3 seconds.
The opening is read at 4 frames a second, with a second look at the first seconds before a "met".
Say "ad" or show #ad in the video.
Said or shown in the video itself. Added by default when the brief has no disclosure rule.
No claims about curing acne. No competitor names.
Met when it never happens; when it does, the second and the quote or what's seen.
30–45 seconds.
Measured from the file. YouTube links can't be measured.
End with "link in bio".
Said or shown; the quote and when.
Tag @brand and use #BrandPartner.
Matched in the caption you give with the draft. Without a caption: needs review.
Spoken moments are given as “about”: speech is timed to about a second. When the check can't tell, it says needs review rather than guessing. A disclosure result is an operational check of what the video says and shows, not legal advice.
On the website
Check a draft: paste the brief or upload the PDF, confirm or edit the rules (deadlines, payment and usage terms are left out, since a video can't show them), add drafts and open the report. You can read a brief into rules before signing in; you sign in to add the drafts. Name the rules to reuse them for version 2, and find your recent reports on your account page.
No files at hand? The demo brief and drafts show a draft that misses two rules and the version that fixes them.
Also in Claude
The same checks work inside Claude, with the same account and plan. Add the connector (claude.ai, or the command below in Claude Code), share the brief, then ask. Claude shows you the rules it read from the brief before checking, and writes the creator note.
claude mcp add --transport http creator-brief-check https://creatorbriefcheck.com/api/mcp- “Here's our brief (PDF). Check these three drafts against it and tell me which need changes.”
- “Does this draft say the code BLACK26 and show the bottle in the first 3 seconds?”
- “Write feedback for the creator from the misses.”
- “Here's version 2. Check it against the same rules.”
- “Just check the #ad disclosure in these five drafts.”
Getting the draft in
- Files from your device: up to 500 MB and 10 minutes (3 on the free plan).
- Google Drive and Dropbox links shared as “anyone with the link”, direct file links, and public or unlisted YouTube links.
- TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X links can't be read (their terms). Save the draft to the camera roll instead: in TikTok, a draft's ⋯ menu or the posting screen's “Save to device”; in Instagram, Reels drafts can be downloaded from the draft's options. Then upload the file.
- Drafts are deleted 24 hours after upload. Reports are kept 30 days.
