creator brief check.

Privacy

Effective November 4, 2026. Wikivec Inc. operates Creator Brief Check.

What we collect

Your sign-in details (email, and your name if you use Google), the draft links and files you send, the rules they are checked against, the reports, your follow-up questions, and how much you use. A file you upload or link to is copied to Google so its model can watch it. YouTube videos are never downloaded: Google's model reads them through their link. A brief you paste or upload on the website is sent to Google once to read its rules and is not stored; we keep only the rules you confirm.

How long we keep it

Drafts are unreleased content, so we keep them briefly: uploaded files are deleted 24 hours after upload, and Google deletes its copies after 48 hours. Reports, with the frames they show, are kept for 30 days so you can share them; anyone with a report's link can open it, the link can't be guessed, and reports are kept out of search engines. Saved rules are kept for 90 days. Usage counts are kept for about a year.

Emails

We may email you about your account: how to get started, when a check fails, when your free checks run out (sometimes with an offer for Pro), and when they come back. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Who processes it

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, show ads, use your drafts or briefs to train models, or identify people in videos from their faces.

Your choices

You can disconnect the service from your assistant at any time. To delete your account and data, email privacy@wikivec.com. The service is only for people aged 18 and over.
